Art Club is a creative community cafe, set in the heart of Heaton Moor at 25 Shaw Road. Myself and my husband, Jason Lock, have set out to provide a haven for anyone interested in the arts, in all its guises.

 

I’m a professional artist and proud owner of 4 kids who have grown up in Heaton Moor. I’ve been running popular classes and workshops around Stockport and Manchester for the last 5 years and am thrilled to give them a permanent home in a unique environment where you can relax, create and get inspired.

 

Our cafe runs a full timetable of classes and workshops, as well as art parties you can book for any occasion, and a wide range of talks and exhibitions from artists.

 

You can come in to the cafe and relax with a brew and cake, or a glass of wine, take a look at the work we have on show, pick up a sketchbook and pencil if you’re feeling inspired, or sign up to our wide range of arts activities and creative workshops to learn a new skill. 

 

Our main objective is to provide an environment which will bring out our customers’ creative capabilities and for everyone to enjoy this stimulating space together; regardless of your experience level. 

 

Art club believes that learning to appreciate or create art can enrich all our lives.
